Ticketing FAQs
Tickets are available online, by phone, and in person.
Please note that the fastest way to purchase tickets is online through www.ticketmaster.com or ExtraMile Arena.
To increase efficiency with concessions sales and enhance customer experience, ExtraMile Arena will only accept credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards. All ATMs have been removed. Reverse ATMs have been added to convert cash to prepaid debit cards at no cost to patrons.

Important Notice about Third-Party Ticket Sellers
Tickets will be sold exclusively through the ExtraMile Arena Box Office, Ticketmaster, and the authorized Fan Clubs. Purchase your tickets only from these sources to ensure authenticity.
If you buy tickets from a third-party seller or broker:
- We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties
- Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
- We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance
- You are likely paying much more than the face value of the ticket
- We cannot contact you regarding time changes, cancellations or other information
Purchasing Guidelines
- We strongly encourage ticket buyers to set-up and manage their accounts before tickets go on sale
- “My Account” will allow a ticket buyer to set up a new account or manage an existing account
- No overnight camping allowed on the Boise State campus.
- Lines form at 6am (at the ExtraMile Arena Box Office only)
- Payment forms: Credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards.

Follow These Brief Guidelines For Expedited Ticket Purchasing
Taking these steps can better ensure that you get the tickets you want PRIOR to a presale or on sale.
- Join the artist’s fan club. They usually offer fan club members a pre-sale opportunity prior to venue pre-sales and on sales. (fan club fees vary by artist)
- Use a credit card that offers pre-sales on tickets. (Typically American Express or Citi)
- Sign up for email notifications from ExtraMile Arena. No cost to sign up. We will send concert announcement, pre-sale and on-sale information for upcoming shows within a specific music genre (Luke Bryan in Country, etc.)
- Purchase VIP packages, if offered. **Read details clearly to ensure that these packages contain the experience you desire. All packages vary, not all provide meet & greet or interaction with the artist.
Accessible Seating
Seating for guests with accessible needs and guests in wheelchairs are available at all ticket price levels. These tickets can be purchased via ExtraMile Arena, in person at the ExtraMile Arena Box Office, or by calling 208-426-1766. These tickets can also be purchased via Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com, or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
