To increase efficiency with concessions sales and enhance customer experience, Campus Event Venues will only accept credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards. All ATMs have been removed. Reverse ATMs have been added to convert cash to prepaid debit cards at no cost to patrons.
What does this mean?
Albertsons Stadium and ExtraMile Arena will now only accept credit or debit cards for concessions to provide a faster, more efficient sales process.
What if I want to purchase tickets with cash at the box office?
The Bronco Ticket Office and the ExtraMile Arena Box Office will only accept credit or debit cards.
What do I do if I only have cash with me?
Attendees with cash who do not have or want to use a valid credit or debit card can insert their cash into the self-service kiosk and receive a prepaid card at no cost. Cash-to-card kiosks are located at the following locations.

In addition, there is a cash-to-card kiosk at the main entrance of the Student Union Building (SUB), off University Drive and Lincoln Avenue.
Will this apply to every single event at all venues?
This will apply to events at Albertsons Stadium, ExtraMile Arena and Morrison Center only.
Are digital forms of payment, like Apple Pay, still available?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay are accepted at all concession stands, including food, beverage, merchandise, and grab-n-go locations.
Are international credit cards accepted?
Yes, cards from outside the U.S. will continue to be accepted as they have a chip.
Is there a fee for using the kiosks?
No, there is no fee to convert cash to a prepaid card using the cash-to-card kiosk.
Do I need to provide any personal information to get a card/use the kiosk?
Cards are anonymous, and no personal data will be collected. There is no age limit for using the kiosks and no fees.
How much can I load on the card?
You can load any U.S. dollar currency from $1 to $500 per card. Machines accept bills only. No foreign currency or change will be accepted.
Are the prepaid cards reloadable?
Like other anonymous prepaid cards, these cards are not reloadable.
What if I have money remaining on my card at the end of the event?
Because the cards can be used both inside the arena and outside the venue, major cards are accepted everywhere.
What if I have an issue with the kiosk?
If you have trouble, staff will be nearby to help.
What if I have a dispute on the card balance?
The card issuing company should handle all disputes with balances and with the cards themselves; however, Guest Services representatives will be nearby and available to help as needed.
How will I know how much money is left on my prepaid card?
You can check your card balance anytime, anywhere, by dialing the number printed on the back of the card.
What if I lose my prepaid card?
Losing the card is like losing cash – except you have a receipt. If you have your receipt, you can call the number printed on it, and a Customer Service Representative from the card company will be able to help you.
